In the mysterious world of the shinobi, they were sneaky and determined to find out the truth of what a true shin obi was. they were very persistent to seek the truth many have tried and fail but in this story of a boy who find the legend himself and goes on a journey to seek the true meaning of a true shin obi warrior. On August 29 1998 a boy named Chiyo Kumiko
