5:00AM The Swedish Chef rode his moped as fast as he could down the highway, he was going to be late for today's truck delivery. He honestly didn't know why there was so much traffic on the main road this early, growing up in Sweden was never like this.
5:09 AM The Swedish Chef finally makes it to work and is releved to see that the Sysco truck had just made it there as well.
8:00 AM the Swedish Chef finally sits at his desk to drink some coffee. It had taken him 3 hours to unload stock and put it in it's proper place. This included tracking the items to make sure everything they ordered was properly delivered. He could now start checking messages before dinner prep began.
9:30 AM Chef started on his three main signature dishes he was planning to make for the presdents meeting tonight. Each of the chefs chosen to do this, there were four, were required to make there best dishes to impress the higher ups of the ABC studios. Swedish Chef was planning to make Duck Ala-Granze, Turkey Stew and Chocolate Moose for dessert.
10:00 AM Chef just finished killing and plucking the chiken and put it in the oven to cook. Now he was in the back trying to hunt his turkey, all of a suddon he heard, "Gobble, Gobble," his head shot up, "Come her gobble gobble," he said aiming his gun and fireing a shot. He missed and the turkey ran "gobble gobble gobble" it cried. Chef sighed. He put his gun in his pocket and got his cleaver and began chasing his gobbling friend.
11:30 AM Chef had just finished gathering and prepairing the ingredients for his turkey stew. He then turned next to him, "get in de pot" he said to the turkey that was watching him. "Gobble" the turkey, said shaking his head. Chef sighed and put all of the other ingredients in his soup. He was just going to have to settle for vegiable soup. He then went to the phone and called the head chef, "no gobbler in pot must make veggie stew," he said with a sigh.
12 noon-3 pm Chef worked behind the lunch counter serving lunch to all who worked at ABC studios. Among them were, JJ Abrems of lost, Regis Philbin, Dr. Phil, Pepe and Miss Piggy.
4PM Chef just finished cleaning up from lunch and went back to finish his dishes. He was happy to see the turkey had taken out his chiken and stirred his soup. Chef then started on his choclet moose. When told there was no moose availbul he got out the old recipe book and created the chocolet moose from in there.
7PM Guest started to arrive for the dinner. The dining room was all prepared and chef set up his table of where he was serving his dishes. He was one of four chef's to do this. On the end was Emerald Lagasse, then Wolfgang Puck, him and on the end Martha Stuert.
10:00 PM The dinner is over and the chefs were just braking down there stations. Gobble, as Martha named him, helped. Not many left overs were left but theres just enough for each chef to taste each others work.
12AM Everything was cleaned up and the chefs got to go home for a few hours of sleep. Most have to be back at work by 7:45 in the morning.
