Don't Leave Me
As he walked across the dark moonlit lane, Julian's thoughts dwelled upon him again. He couldn't help but think about him. They've known each other for years, and Logan never thought of him like that. Why was he not enough? Will he ever return those feelings? Or will Julian have to settle for someone else?
Suddenly, he realized that he was being followed. The footsteps were coming closer, neither a walk nor a run. Julian quickened his pace. The person was getting closer.
"What do you want from me?" Julian bellowed.
No response. Julian ran. He ran faster than he ever ran before. He was running for his life. This wasn't an overly obsessed Fangirl. This was a full blown stalker, and they meant business.
He could see Stuart in the distance and sprinted. The frazzled actor ran into Stuart and slammed the front doors shut. A few Stuarts looked up from their books just to stare at the young actor, and promptly continued with their extreme studying session. Derek came down the stairs followed by Logan.
Derek looked at his friend and said, "Jules, what happened? Are you ok? You look horrible." Julian replied, "I think I just met our good friend who left me the little present the night of the Valentine's Day Fair."
"What are you talking about? Can someone please explain what's going on to me?" a bewildered Logan yelled.
Derek stared at Julian.
"Ok. This is what's gonna happen. We are going to go up stairs into my room. There you are going to tell him what happened. "
The three boys stomped up the stairs. As they walked into Derek's room Logan flounced onto the couch and Julian took his usual seat by the window. Derek however remained standing. He stared at Julian and mumbled, "Tell him. Tell him or I will."
Julian looked into Logan's green eyes.
"Somebody's been….following me. Leaving me threatening messages."
"And you didn't think of telling me this? " Logan yelled.
"Well, Oh Almighty One, you have had your head up your ass this entire year! I'd rather not disturb you during one of your sulking sessions! Don't even act like you'd give a shit. All you've cared about this year is that Hummel kid. Nothing else is more important than Prince Hummel!" Julian yelled back.
"I CARE ABOUT YOU JULIAN! DON'T ACT LIKE I DON'T!" Logan bellowed back.
"Not in the way I wish you did." Julian whispered.
Julian got up and walked out of the room, slamming the door as he left. Logan just sat there staring into space. He finally understood.
Derek turned to the bewildered blonde and said, "I hope you're happy now. You treated the one person who actually had feelings for you like shit. If I were you I'd go to him and make a really good apology. The he might actually stay."
Julian made his way across the lawn. He didn't even turn to get one last look at the place. He couldn't stop shaking.
"What on earth possessed me to say that? Now he knows. But it doesn't matter anymore, I won't see him ever again….At least I'm not hiding it anymore." Julian thought to himself.
Julian heard a door slam. He turned to see Logan running at him. Without even pausing to think, Logan launched himself onto Julian. Julian looked into those green eyes, and saw an emotion that he never saw before. Suddenly, Logan grabbed Julian and kissed him with passion. Julian kissed back, breathing wasn't as important as this. Julian has been waiting for this moment since freshman year. Logan stopped and looked into the young actor's eyes.
"Please….Don't go…I'm begging you."
