I could see that they were getting closer every time they went on their walks together. She was supposed to be mine, I would have Kagome and Kikyo, and they are basically the same person so why would it matter if I had both. Kagome is starting to come back smelling like him, both of their auras spread out and mix together all day and no one ever notices but me. What pisses me off the most is that they formed some kind of connection; they can understand one another just by looking into each other's eyes. Kagome and I never had that kind of connection, I am supposed to understand her, protect her, and she was supposed to stay with me forever. I can barely contain my beast when I follow them on their walks, she should be crying her heart out to me. What surprised me the most is when Shesshomaru played a song on Kagome's iPod. I realized that she would never be mine when Shesshomaru kissed Kagome. I don't know why but a song Kagome used to sing came into my head at that moment, but I realized that I only hurt her when I tried to have both Kagome and Kikyo.
