Author's Note: This story (as you can probably tell from the title) is after the war has ended, but it is 2 -3 years into the future. But anyways, this is my first fanfic, so thanks for reading! I'd really like if you could point out where I've made mistakes or anything that's not right, but please don't flame me! Oh and here are the pairings I'll be using:

Kataang

Zutara

Sukka

Taang

Jetzula (yes, I made jet survive...)

Teoph

Maiko

And a tiny bit of Toko...

Chapter 1 (In a Fire Nation jail):

It was a bright, sunny day in the Fire Nation, but ex-fire lord Ozai wasn't taking it too well. Everyday, he would get up and realize that the Avatar had taken his power to firebend. "Damn you Avatar!!" was what he would usually say, followed by a fierce punch to the steel walls of his cell.

Meanwhile, in a pleasant Earth Kingdom home, Katara was shouting at her brother Sokka.

"Sokka!! Get up!" she shouted, her hands on her hips, standing in the doorway of Sokka's room.

"Okay okay... Just gimme... another... hour..." he said, not getting up.

Katara sighed and reached for her water pouch.

"Y'know Sokka, if you don't get up... I just might have to waterwhip you out of bed..."

Upon hearing this, Sokka rolled out of bed and stood up.

"Okay! I'm up!" he said smiling nervously.

Katara smiled and walked to the kitchen where Aang was making breakfast.

"Morning Aang," she said to him with a smile.

"Hey Katara!" he responded cheerfully, giving her a kiss on the cheek.

However, they were interrupted by Zuko, who ran in, panting.

"You guys... will never believe what happened yesterday..." he said panting.

"You're way too loud Zuko..." Toph said dazed as she walked to the kitchen with Suki, Sokka, Mai and Iroh following.

"What's up Zuko?" Aang asked confused.

"Yesterday... Azula escaped from jail..." Zuko said with a deadly serious look on his face.

Everyone laughed, except for Toph.

"Good one Zuko! Now, seriously, what did you want to tell us?" Sokka asked.

"He was telling the truth," Toph said calmly, "Azula has escaped from jail."

Azula darted through the forest laughing hysterically.

"That was way too easy," she giggled, not bothering to look back to see if people were following her.

Azula had been in jail since the war had ended and now, she had gotten out. She continued giggling and laughing until she finally reached a firenation jail; the very one that kept her father.

"I'm coming for you dad," she said with a smirk.

End chapter 1

Omg! Azula has escaped and she's looking for her father? That could only mean evil and destruction! So here's chapter 1 of my story. Yeah, I know it's not much and there's not a lot of Zutara, Kataang (there was a little ), Taang etc action, but there will be! Hope you liked it!
