Ok...Thought that I'd go for a little comedy to brighten up my day...sprained ankles kill!!
~*~Gundam on the Roof~*~
The enormous auditorium began to fill with chatter as people entered and took their seats. After all 1,000 seats were filled, the lights dimmed and the people fell silent. Then, the large, red velvet curtain rose to show a small house on the wooden stage. The music began to play and a young man climbed on top of the house. Quatre Rababa Winner stood on the roof of the house and began to play his violin.
"OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH if I were a rich man!!!" He sang as he skipped around the stage in his lovely purple and pink spandex suit.
All of a sudden, the music stopped as a new backdrop fell to display a cheery little valley surrounded by the Swiss Alps. Just then...Duo Maxwell entered with a basket of flowers and his hair in it's usual braid. He ran forward, slightly stumbling on his green dress and began to sing......
"THHHHHEEEEE HILLS ARE ALIVE! WITH THE SOUND OF MUUUUUUUUUUSIC!" He continued his song as he flung his pansies into the audience.
"Dude! What are you doing? This is MY musical!" Wined a very exasperated Quatre as he jumped up and down in a temper-tantrum.
"Noooo...YOU are on MY stage!" Duo replied as he stormed across the stage to smack Quatre with his basket. Just as he was about to give Quatre a new "hat", Duo heard more music fill the air...
"Do you hear that?" Duo asked.
"Oh no...not that...ANYTHING BUT THAT!" Quatre yelled.
"What? What am I missing here???" asked a very bewildered Duo.
"DON'T YOU HAVE ANY SENSE OF CULTURE, BOY?! IT'S RIDE OF THE..."
But it was too late. Another backdrop fell to reveal lightning over a dark mountain.
THEN!!!! Out of nowhere...came a horrible...hideous sight...WU FEI IN A WIG!!! NOOO!!!!
"Dude...don't quit your day job...ewwww..." Shuddered Duo.
"I'm in armor! Your in a dress!!!"
"Well...I don't think that Nataku would be proud..." Duo said.
"HOW DARE YOU! YOU SHALL PERISH BY MY SPEAR AND MAGIC HELMET!!!"
"Well...You're not even in a musical!!! You're doing an opera about big mythological women! You don't fit into this fan fic at all!"
As the fight erupted between the two men dressed in drag, a new sound filled the air...
"Oh no...anything but THAT!!!" Yelled Quatre as WuFei and Duo looked up from their fight, both with a bloody lip and at least one black eye.
"Uhhh...you said that already..."
"SOOO?!?!?!"
All three boys watched as a boy dressed as a spunky little orphan in a red dress entered with another boy dressed as a big, fluffy dog. Both of them jumped center stage and harmonized.
"THHHHEEE SUN'LL COME OUT! TOMORROW!"
"Not that god-forsaken song again...that went out in the 90's!" Duo shouted as he watched the two sing and sway to the music.
"Wait a second..." Heero signaled to stop the music and turned to talk to the 4 others on stage. "What the hell are we doing anyway?"
"Uhhh..." The others replied simultaneously.
"Wanna go out for pizza?" Quatre suggested.
"SURE!!!!" And they all skipped merrily off the stage while being pelted with flowers by the very pleased audience ^_^
