Tavros stood in the cold out side his best Friends door. He knocked and shivered a little, despite the jacket he had on. The orange jacket was zipped over a black shirt which displayed his sign, Taurus, in orange. He wore Khaki shorts over his robotic legs, which had become a habit every since he got his new legs. For some reason he loved to wear Socks and Sandals. As he waited he looked sadly at the ground. He just wanted to be around someone so he didn't break down and cry. He hated to cry. The door opened and he looked up to see his friend's clown painted face. He wore his usual shirt, black with the Capricorn sign in purple, with grey poka-dotted sleep pants. "Hey, Motherfucker!" Said Gamzee. When he saw Tavros his Indigo eyes lit up."Uh, hi Gamzee." he replied and smiled. Gamzee moved aside so Tavros could get inside. "Come the motherfuck inside, your shivering, bro."

Tavros stepped inside and Gamzee led him to his quarters. Gamzee was not a very neat person but Tavros had never minded. When they made it, they sat down in one of many horn piles, the horns protesting beneath them. Gamzee chucked softly and pulled out a Faygo to drink. He took a swig and glanced over at Tavros. He noticed how quiet his friend was and knew something was wrong. "You okay, Tavbro?" He said softly, but Tavros didn't respond. "Tavros?" he said, nudging him "oh, uh, sorry…" He said softly. "Tav, what the motherfuck is wrong?" Gamzee asked. "uh, what are you talking about? I'm fine." He said, faking. He didn't want Gamzee worried. "Brother, I'm not Motherfucking stupid. I can tell when something is bugging a motherfucker." He smiled as he spoke, hoping it would ease Tav's tension. The small boy ran a hand through his fluffy mohawk and sighed. "I, uh, tried to tell Vriska to leave me alone…" Gamzee straightened up, he knew how Vriska was.

"What did she do?" He asked, worried."She didn't do anything, uh, she just kinda hurt my feelings…" Tavros replied, resting his head on his knees. "Come on, Tav. Don't listen to her." Gamzee said, Trying to cheer his friend up. "How can I, uh, not? When everything she says is true. I'm weak and pathetic. I've never been able to, uh, help anyone by myself." He hugged his knees and buried his face. Tears burned his eyes. He tried not to cry and failed. He didn't want Gamzee to see though. The clown boy noticed anyway by the way Tavros' back rose and fell shakily. "Their not true though…You help me. I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you. Your not motherfucking pathetic. Your perfect, Tav. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise." He hated seeing Tavros like this. Tavros tried to calm down and was breathing raggedly. "Hey, hey…" Gamzee said, grabbing Tav's chin and making him look at him. "Don't cry… Your okay…"Tavros sniffled and nodded, hugging Gamzee again. He blushed in spite of himself and tried to hide it but Gamzee noticed automatically and chuckled. "Am I making you motherfucking uncomfortable?" He said and Tav shook his head. "What about now?" He said and kissed Tavros softly. Tavros gasp a little in surprise but kissed back, relaxing a little. Gamzee pulled away and looked into his new Matesprites' chocolate brown eyes. Tavros smiled shyly and kissed him again.
