Ok I is back! Tehe! Well lets get the disclaimers out of the way. I DO NOT OWN NARUTO!!! Also I got this idea from a book I read so I just want to mention I don't own that either. This is my first sasu/saku fic so plz review!
Sakura stared out her sun tinted window into the forest behind her house. She lived in the thicket of Konohagakure. The area was filled with lush forest and almost every mountain animal you could think of. The sun was painting a seductive red and orange smear in the clouds and it was making Sakura drowsy.
Looking into the dense tree line she saw what she looked forward to every day. A small pack of multi-colored wolves sat on the edge of the forest. The two females were a standard silver and sandpaper color. The smallest male looked more like a lab dog than a wolf. Three new additions had been added since she saw them in the late fall. The newborn cubs were covered in fuzz and romping about, not even sure why they were here in the first place. All the wolves looked up at Sakura as if saying hello to an old friend. That's when he stepped out.
A large, night black alpha male with onyx eyes nipped a puppy on the tail for being to rough with the others. He whined apologetically and laid down. "hello Ayden." Sakura said to the black wolf. The last rays of sun hit his coat and created blue streaks in his midnight fur. He did what looked like to her a nod of acknowledgement. She smiled to herself.
She never really had many friends. With her abnormally colored hair, a soft blossom petal pink, and he bright forest green eyes, she had been the main target for bullies. She was slender in body frame and shy in nature. The way she dressed, she preferred a punk/emo look, hadn't helped her at all. The pack are the closet thing she has had to true friends.
It was the same routine every year. She would come home after school, turn on her favorite Metallica song and look out her bay attic window. They would always be waiting for her. The bigger female always glanced up at her and smiled then went back to whatever she was doing before. This would start in the spring and last to the latest day in fall. Then without warning they would disappear into the dense woods. Perhaps into their snuggly den, Sakura often thought. Throughout winter she would ponder a strange thought. Then she would dismiss it. Sometimes its best not to dream, she said.
She looked out the window one last time and unhooked the latch. It was time for their special moment. It happened every night, every summer, spring, and fall. In one fluid movment she leaned her window open and hung her upper torso outside the window. Cupping her hands around her mouth she grew in a deep breath.

"Aoooooooo!!" she wailed into the night. Not missing a beat they howled with her. This was the special moment she waited for each day right after waking up. She locked eyes with Ayden and quickly pondered why he didn't have golden eyes like the others. She quickly pushed the thought to the back of her mind before smiling and closing her window. She crawled under her covers and waited for the sun to shine in her window once more.
She waited for a dreamless sleep.
Okey dokey!! Sorry it was so short but hey you can live…I think…
