Hi. I know it's been a long time but I'm here. Free from college (for awhile) and beating my procrastination just for you. Thank you for your tremendous patience and the love on my first Toriko story - Nitro Hunter.

He sat alone on a night devoid of stars. His thought fluttered at randon. On the events that haunted him: first, he failed Midora. He had failed the Gourmet Corp., failed to stop Toriko and the other Heavenly Kings from succeeding in their quest. He had failed to claim GOD, the ultimate ingrident.

The sheer disgust in Midora's eyes when came back from his mission. Not only did Starjun fail to dispoes of the enemy three times, he had indeed tarnished the Gourmet Corp. name.

Leading to his status demotion and ultimately his dismissal. The blow of both loses shattered his ego.

Grazing up at the starless night he knew he should not be here. Be alive. True Midora only forgives failure three times.

The GOD incident was his fourth strike but Midora still wanted him in his good graces. Starjun had a chance and he blew it.

But, what surprised him was what allowed him to live. The kindness, bravery and power of a small chef. This small, puny chef had saved his live by challenging his exicutioner, Livebearer, to a cooking match.

The prize was his live.

Stunned was he when the pint-sized chef challenged. Stunned was he when Livebearer accepted. Floored was he when Livebearer lost and his death pardoned.

The runt, pint, amoebo microscopic chef gave Starjun another chance: to live!

So here he sat on an empty graasy field gazing at the pitch-black sky. Thinking of someone who would not go away. No matter how many times he tried to deny the memories, his face, smile, kind... gentle heart.

Time had eventually passed since that fateful day, since the start of his second life. What began as a confusing and stumbly path ended up a board road of possibilities.

With Midora and his empire kept in check and out of trouble and the Kings off his back, Starjun thought the time was right.

Time to take his new life and thank his saving grace.

Maybe, just maybe he could get to sit down with the little pink clad chef. Get to know Komatsu. Even take the small cook and treat him to dinner at his new outdoor restuarant.

Starjun really, really liked the idea of feeding Komatsu.

END.

Just a little something I through together with the main focus on Starjun.

As much as I've read through the Kings x Komatsu stories, I always want more ...and so I am making it my mission. More Heavenly Kings, Starjun, Midora, um, Livebearer?, all with Komatsu
