A/N: I figured that I might as well do something productive over the holidays, and since it's thanksgiving today, I managed to create this little short drabble like thing, so I hope you enjoy it, guys!

Thanksgiving is the time of year when you celebrate and give thanks to the things and people that you're thankful for. My mother told me that when I was younger, one year when it was Thanksgiving. She told me that everyone always has something that they're thankful for. Me? Over the years, I've created a list of what I am thankful for.

I am thankful for my home, where I can stay protected and happy. I am thankful for Grandpa, the man who has taken care of me for such a long time, the man who has a bigger heart than anyone else I know. I am thankful for Ienzo, the one who is always loving and curious, the one who manages to make me laugh when I am feeling down. I am thankful for my friends, Squall, the one who is always there to help you and give you advice when you need it. Cloud, the one who you can depend on to come and help you when you give him a call, and the one who is kind and considerate. I am thankful for my friend, Aerith, the one who is compassionate and sweet to anyone, and helpful whenever she needs to be.

Although I do not preferably like the man, I am thankful for General Sephiroth, the man who I've come to know as my mentor and teacher, and even though he is quiet and rather cold at times, he still has a way of showing hints of kindness inside of him, and even though I don't know where he is now, I am still thankful for him. I am thankful for Xehanort, the man that I consider a very good friend, and a very smart person. I am thankful for Isa, my best friend that may act cruel sometimes, but he's a kind person inside, and when he wants to show it. I love him and I am thankful that I have him as my friend.

And lastly, I am thankful for Lea…My very best friend that I will always know I can count on. The one I know will be there by my side, until the very end. Whenever I need a hand, he'll always be around to give me a hand. I know I can lean on him when I'm not all that strong, and I know that he and I will always be friends. I love Lea, and that will never change. I can count on him as my best friend.

Because I know he'll never leave me.
