Kakashi sighed, pulling the painted mask away from his face. He was exhausted, and his bangs were dangling in his face. He looked out into the forest, straining his eyes. Somewhere out there was his past. The copy ninja fiddle with his mask a moment before he crushed it in his hands. This was his future.
