Um… Ok well I wrote this for my teacher for a poetry assignment, I wrote 4 poems and there's… 16 other poems in here I figured I'd post this cause I'm not a poet and it turned out good!
So… this is a poem inspired by one of Digitaldreamers many, wonderful story's this one was called Final Promise. (can anyone tell I like her work?)
Um.. So ya… If this should be taken down then that's Ok I don't mind and… well, I never really says either Zoro or Luffys names in it cause it was for school the story she wrote was a ZoLu… bout it
Again if this needs to be taken down I'll take it down.
Only After Death
Even though you're gone,
I can always see your face.
As you fell in front of me,
With a certain dieing grace.
Ever since we met,
I believed I'd die for you
But I can see right now,
That, that really isn't true.
Somehow I didn't notice them,
As they snuck up from behind.
Though all day bad feelings had,
Been tugging at my mind.
When I finally saw them,
I looked around for cover.
You must have realized then,
That there was none to discover.
I finished the assignment,
And escaped without a trace.
My only regret is,
That I couldn't take your place.
I can hear you whisper,
I have more things to do.
And in my heart I hear you say,
The words I love you.
You want me to keep living,
So I'll live on for you.
For I never had the guts to say,
That I love you too.
(Oh the ending of this poem is majorly off but I needed it like that for class)
