Prolouge:
6 months had passed since Eggman's last attack on Mobius. So Sonic and his friends had been taking their time enjoying their freedom.
However...
Strange incidents were suddnley happening all over Mobius. So Sonic thought he should investigate the incidents. He did, along with his friends.
But...
After the following six months, Eggman returned and made the investigation harder. Sonic thought Eggman was causing all of the incidents. So Eggman was attacked by Sonic when Sonic had his chance.
But after finding no evidence, Sonic finally realizes his mistake.
Now one day, Sonic and Tails were talking about the incidents.
Tails: So Sonic....here are some reports about the strange incidents happeing on Mobius.
Sonic: ....I can't understand any of these reports.
Tails: These reports mean that they are caused by chaos energy.
Sonic: Just like the time with Eggman Nega?
Tails: Uh...yeah. But I still need to locate where the chaos energy is.
Sonic: Want to ask Knuckles?
Tails: Why Sonic? Knuckles can't be causing all of this.
Sonic: Not Knuckles! The master emerald!
Tails: Good point! Let's go!
As Sonic and Tails were going to Holy Mountain, Sonic ask Tails a question:
Sonic: Tails, I was wondering about someting. Where's your lab?
Tails: ...After Eggman's attack on Station Square, my lab got destroyed. Fourtunely, I managed to build a new one near the ship dock.
Sonic: Okay. Just wondering.
At the top of Holy Mountain, Sonic talked to Knuckles:
Sonic: Hey Knuckles! Can we borrow yor master emerald. We need it for the incidents.
Knuckles: Hey Sonic! Sure, go right-
????: Oh ho ho ho!
Knuckles: Who's there?!
Sonic: It can't be...Eggman!
*Eggman Shows up*
Eggman: Well if it isn't our blue little friend. But I have no time to play games with you.
Sonic: Just what are you up to, Eggman?!
Eggman: I'm not going to tell you...besides about being about ultimate power!
*Flash*
Tails: What's happening!?
Sonic: Tails! Knuckles!
Knuckles: Where are you guys?!
Eggman: Oh ho ho ho! The plan is finally in its first stage! Now for a little suprise...
*Explosion*
Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles: Ahhhhhhhhh!
*A few hours later*
Sonic: Ughhh....where am I?
Tails: I think we're in the desert.
