Chapter one: The birth of Lilo Loud
After the death of Lincoln, everyone that was close to him fell into deep depression.
Lori haven't been talking to Bobby, Leni haven't been making any outfits, Luna haven't been spending time with her friends, Luan haven't been doing her stand-up comedy, Lynn has been missing all her sports competitions and haven't spoken to anyone or left her room, Lucy has gotten even more depress than she usually is, the twins has been comforting each other, Lisa hasn't been doing her studies, Lily has been sleeping in Lincoln's room for the time being, and the parents are blaming themselves for not knowing Lincoln's condition sooner.
As for his friends, they all split up and haven't spoken to each other after. Zach left Royal Woods with his family to move somewhere else, Liam decided to stay at his farm and avoid city people all together, Rusty was thrown in jail after getting into a fight with Lynn, and Clyde try to commit suicide several times only to be stopped by his dads and current girlfriend Haiku. Even Ronnie Anne was having a hard time as she kill tried to commit suicide several times only to be stopped by Bobby and the rest of her family. However, that all change when it is reveal that Ronnie Anne is pregnant with Lincoln's child and was rush to a nearby hospital. After finding out about it, the Loud family (except Lynn) went to the hospital to go see the new light Lincoln left for them and made it just in time to see Ronnie Anne giving birth.
"Push, Ronnie Anne! Push! You are almost there!" Maria shouted.
Ronnie Anne kept pushing and pushing until she let out a loud scream and a small baby cry is heard.
"Congratulations, Ronnie Anne, it's a girl. A beautiful one at that." Maria said.
"Thanks mom. Can i have my baby?" Ronnie Anne asked while exhausted.
Maria give the baby to Ronnie Anne so she can see her.
"Hello, little one, welcome to the real world." Ronnie Anne said.
"What are you going to call her, Nini?" Bobby asked.
"Lilo. Lilo Loud." Ronnie Anne said.
"Lilo, huh? That's a nice name." Bobby said.
"Thanks." Ronnie Anne said.
A few minutes later, the Loud family is looking at baby Lilo through the glass of the baby nursery.
"She's so cute. Isn't she, hon?" Rita asked.
"She sure is. She even got her father's and grandfather's hair with her mother's look."
"Yeah."
'She's so beautiful.' Lily said in her mind.
The family hear footsteps coming through them and look to see a sadden Maria walking to them.
"Hey, Maria. What's wrong? Rita asked.
"Ronnie Anne...is dead..." Maria said as she tries not to cry.
The family gasps after hearing about Ronnie Anne's death.
"What? How? What was the cause of it?" Lynn Sr asked.
"I want to say material death but i don't know what it is." Maria said.
"I'm sorry for your loss, Maria." Rita said.
"Thanks. But there was something she said before she passed away." Maria said.
"What did she say?" Lori asked.
"She wanted you guys to watch over her. As a way to give you hope again for the loss of your son." Maria said.
"But what about you and the rest of your family? I'm sure you also want to bring hope for your family too now that she's gone." Lily said.
"We'll be fine. As long as Lilo is still alive, we will always have hope. Besides, we can come visit her when we have a chance." Maria said. "So please, take good care of her."
"We will, Mrs. Santiago." Lori said.
"Thank you." Maria said while wiped off her tears as Bobby walk up to her and walk off with her.
"I really feel bad for them." Lucy said.
"We all do, Lucy. We all do." Lori said.
Lily went back to the window and look at Lilo.
'Ronnie Anne, Lincoln, don't you two worry. Your daughter is safe with us. Just count on it.' Lily said in her mind.
A few minutes later, the Loud family went back to their house with the baby where Lynn was waiting for them.
"So, you're back? How was the pregnancy?" Lynn asked.
"It went well. I just don't understand why you didn't want to go with us." Lori said.
"It's because i don't care about that baby nor it's mother. Just as long it's away from me, i should be good." Lynn said.
"Actually, the baby will be living with us now." Lucy said.
"What?!" Lynn asked in surprise. "Why?! Doesn't she have a mom to be living with?!
"Actually, Ronnie Anne die shortly after the baby's birth. So, we agree to watch over the baby throughout her life." Lori said.
"No! No, no, no, no, no! We are not gonna keep that little abomination! That thing is better off with Ronnie Anne's side of the family!" Lynn said.
"That thing is your niece! And we are going to watch her, whether you like it or not!" Lori said.
"I am not watching that thing! Lynn said.
"Yes you will! You are still living under Mom and Dad's roof so what we or they say goes! And that's that! Lori said.
Lynn looks behind Lori and sees her family looking at her upset about her comments about the baby as she also see Lily holding Lilo in her arms before looking back at Lori.
"Tch, whatever, lame-o. Say what you like. But i will never accept that as my niece. Not now, not ever." Lynn said before going back upstairs to her room.
"Looks like someone just woke up on the wrong side of the bed." Luan said.
"Well, I'm about to hit the hay now. I think I'm gonna call Sam tomorrow to ask if she want to jam." Luna said.
"And I'm gonna call Rocky to see if he want to go out tomorrow." Lucy said.
"Good idea. Well goodnight, kids." Lynn Sr said.
"Goodnight, Dad." All the Loud sisters sans Lynn said.
Lori and the other girls went upstairs and went to their room after saying goodnight to each other. Lily was the last one to walk up the stairs and almost dropped Lilo after tripping on the top staircase and nearly fell on the ground, causing Lilo to cry.
"Shhh, don't cry, don't cry." Lily said to calm Lilo. 'Come on, Lily! You have to do something to make her stop crying! Oh, i know! I just sing the sing Lincoln used to sing to me before.'
Lily: Come stop your cryin' it'll be alright. Just take my hand, hold it tight. I will protect you from all around you, i will be here, don't you cry.
Flashback to Lincoln singing to Lily when she was a baby.
Lincoln: For one so small, you seem so strong.
My arms will hold you keep you safe and warm, his bond between us can't be broken, i will be here, don't you cry.
'Cause you'll be in my heart, yes you'll be in my heart, from this day on, now and forevermore.
You'll be in my heart, no matter what they say,
You'll be in my heart, always.
Flashback ends and cuts back to Lily cuddle with Lilo.
Lily: Always.
The song help stopped Lilo's crying and put her to sleep as Lily kissed her forehead.
"Goodnight, Lilo Loud." Lily said before going to sleep.
Unknown to Lily, Lynn was standing by Lincoln's door listening to everything Lily said and left to her room. Downstairs in the parent's bedroom, Rita and Lynn Sr are discussing the future of Lilo.
"Lynn, do you think it's right to have the baby live here knowing Lynn's condition?" Rita asked. "I don't want her to grow up known that her Aunty Lynn hates her."
"Rita, don't worry about it. If Lynn does make her feel that kind of way, we will just have to punish her." Lynn Sr said.
"And if that don't work?" Rita asked.
"Then we will think of something else, okay?" Lynn Sr asked.
"Yeah, okay. Goodnight, Lynn." Rita said.
"Goodnight, hon." Lynn Sr said before kissing his wife, turning off the light, and going to sleep.
Author note: I just want to say that I am not going to continue this form of writing style for the rest of the story. I only get it for this chapter. After this, I'm going back to the writing form i been using with my other stories. Also, sorry if this first chapter wasn't a good one and all that jazz. Anyway, i hope you will still like this chapter and i will see you guys soon.
