Lizards, frogs and chewing gum
It was a peaceful afternoon and the Thornberry's house.
Eliza was in her room and Debbie was at the kitchen table eating ho-hos and finishing up on her algebra assignment.
Suddenly, Donnie crept up behind Darwin and put a slimy lizard on his head.
"Ewe, Donnie, stop that. Take your lizard outside where it belongs please. You messed up my hair."
Donnie grabbed the lizard and then danced around the room, proud of himself.
Afterwards, Donnie left the room and then headed to the backyard where he went over towards a small swimming pool filled with none other than slimy, pond scum- covered frogs. He grabbed an armful of the slimy amphibians and then headed over towards Debbie who was struggling with her algebra assignment. "You hoo." Donnie said to Debbie whose head shot around to see who was talking to her. That was when Donnie threw the frogs on her head, making her scream.
Once Debbie's head was turned, Donnie grabbed the ho hos and then ran towards the patio.
"Donnie you naughty boy, give me back my ho hos. You will pay for that you wild beast boy. Come back here."
Donnie grabbed the bag of ho hos and then jumped for joy, excited about his new finding.
He did a little dance and then locked himself out on the patio, where he then ate the whole bag of ho hos in one big bite.
"Donnie, you will pay you naughty beast boy. I am telling mom on you."
With that, Debbie stomped back over to the table to try to finish her algebra assignment in peace.
It was a long day and with Donnie around, no telling what would happen next!
Soon, Donnie was finished with the patio and managed to make his way back into the house again.
He grabbed the chewing gum out of the cabinet and then headed towards Eliza's room.
Donnie shoved the whole pack of gum into his mouth and chewed on it for a few seconds.
Afterwards, he crept up behind Eliza and shoved the gum into Eliza's long beautiful red hair.
"EEK, DONNIE YOU MEAN THING. LOOK WHAT YOU DID TO MY HAIR!! OH NO."
Eliza ran to the bathroom and looked at her hair in the mirror. "Oh no," Eliza said to herself. "My hair is a mess. I am not sure if all this gum will come out without having to cut my hair."
Eliza tried to pull the gum out of her hair and after 30 minuets with no success; Eliza sadly got out her scissors and cut 6 inches off her hair.
She took one last look at the hair she cut off in the trash can and then sighed as she left the room.
She then began to worry about what her sister and parents would say when they saw her hair.
She didn't want to think about it.
Eliza sat down on her bed and then cried. She really missed her long hair and by what Donnie saw, the only way that Eliza would be happy again would be if her hair were to grow back, and soon.
Donnie went back out to the patio to think over what he had done. He sure did wish that Eliza was happy again.
Sorry the story was so short. I kind of got bored writing it and I couldn't think of anything else to write.
