Today is the day I would say hi to him. I would start a conversation. My best friend Caroline and I walk into the coffee shop where he works. Today he's wearing the green shirt that matches his eyes. "Are you going to talk to him today?" Caroline asked. I looked at him and send him a smile. I don't know, I mean I want too I tell her. We walk up to the counter to order our coffee. Caroline orders a Mocha Frappuccino. When it's my turn to order, green eyes says "Caramel Macchiato, with a bagel, that's your order Elena." I couldn't stop the blush on my face. He knows my coffee order and my name. I look into those beautiful green eyes that's my order. "My name is Stefan." he tells me. What a hot name. He looks like a Stefan I say to myself. "Nice to meet you Stefan." I know I'm bright red now. Once I get my coffee and bagel I walk over to where Caroline is sitting. Oh god she's going to ask so many questions. After Caroline ask her 21 questions, someone walks up to our table. It's Stefan, "Do you mind if I join you guys?" he asks politely. I turned to look at him wow his smile is beautiful, I don't mind I tell him. Caroline kicks me underneath the table before she gets up to go to the restroom. You have to mind her I tell Stefan, she's a little weird. We both laugh. Gosh his laugh, it's lovely. "So Elena where do you go to school?" He seem like wants to get to know me. I tuck a hair behind my ear "I'm taking classes at NYU. I'm a journalism major." I tell him. He takes a sip of his coffee, "That's amazing, I'm taking classes at Columbia." Wow handsome and smart. We continue to talk about our summer and classes. It felt like we known each other all our lives. Stefan looks at me "My break is over, if you want to we can continue to talk, we could go to dinner or a movie." he asks shyly. I blush because he's nervous as I am. "I'll love too." I tell him his smile grew bigger. "I'll pick you up at 7." he tells me. E turns to leave. Caroline comes over and I have to answer her 21 questions again. I tell her it's going to be a great summer. We walk out the coffee shop I wave to Stefan before I leave.
