Amelia Lovegood is the daughter of Luna Lovegood and George Weasley I wanted Fred but we have to stay slightly canon, right? . She's also a witch. Hanging around with the Potters is some students dream, but they're Amelia's cousins. Unable to make many friends Amelia ends up with Lily, but with magical mishaps and injuries, is Hogwarts all it's cracked up to be?

All characters barr Amelia Lovegood belong to J.K Rowling. The surname Lovegood however does belong to J.K Rowling. The content of this story is mine but most places mentioned belong to J.K Rowling. This is just a fan fiction so has been altered to help fit the names ect.

I clung onto Mum like my life depended on it. I didn't want to leave her. She was talking to Aunt Ginny, Uncle Harry, Aunt Hermione and Uncle Ron. I saw my small cousin, Lily, looking just as scared. It was her first year too. Victoire bounded over.
"Come on Lil! Come on Mia! You'll miss the train!"
I gave Mum one last hug "Bye Mum" I said.
"Goodbye Amelia. Keep away from Nargles."
"I will." I said as I hopped on the train to join my cousins. Most of which I'd never met. "Hi! You must be Cousin Amelia! I'm Roxanne, but call me Roxie. These are: James, Albus and Lily Potter, they are: Rose, Hugo, Victoire, Fred and Gabrielle Weasley. Rose and Hugo are Uncle Ron and Aunt Hermione's children, Victoire is Uncle Percy and Aunt Penny's daughter, Mine and Fred's Parents are Charlie and Matilda and Gabrielle's parents are Bill and Fleur. Who are your parents?"
"Luna Lovegood and George Weasley." I answered shyly "Mum insisted on keeping her own name so I'm Amelia Rose Weasley Lovegood. Mia for short."
"want to come and sit with the clan?" James asked. I nodded, my curly brown hair bouncing.
