Disclaimer: I do not own Kuroko no Basuke.

After an extensive training session, an exhausted Kuroko decided to stop by his favourite restaurant for a vanilla shake.

"Excuse me, I would like to place an order," the shadow voiced.

A surprised employee jumped in shock and confusion of Kuroko's sudden appearance.

"Actually, I've been here for a while now," the blue haired boy explained in his casual expressionless demeanor.

"M-my apologies, I didn't notice you in the queue," the restaurant employee smiled sweetly at the teen, obviously attracted to his shouta complexion. "How may I serve you tonight?"

"One vanilla shake please," Kuroko replied monotonously.

A long paused ensued before the employee snapped out of her daze with an "Oh!", suddenly remembering that she was serving a customer. "Would you like to try our restaurant's new range of flavoured shakes?" the employee promoted eagerly. "We have banana, lime, chocolate, grape, strawberry and tomato 'n' chili."

Kuroko raised an eyebrow to the latter suggestion and tilted his head in act of contemplation.

The issue is not about Kuroko being afraid to try new things or combinations. It's just that, when Kuroko discovers something that he truly loves, he remains loyal to his emotions. Just like his feelings towards basketball,... or perhaps a certain someone.

"No thanks," Kuroko spoke firmly, "I want one plain vanilla shake."

Then under his breath, Kuroko added, "with two burgers."
