"Where did Reinforce go?" Hayate had to ask, blinking in confusion.
Her knights looked around the house, but mysteriously the magical book was gone. "I shouldn't worry too much," Signum noted, using the Knights link to the book, "She doesn't seem to be in any danger."
Meanwhile, Sailor Venus was bounding along, book in hand. "Ma'am," the book ordered mildly, "please put me down."
"Come on, I just want a little power up!" Sailor Venus complained. "Even a bigger butt bow would do."
"I do not think I can modify your barrier jacket," Reinforce answered primly. There was a pause as it added, "Your magic might compatible with a spell or two I know..."
Many, many villains would later regret Reinforce teaching Sailor Venus Starlight Breaker...
Slayers!
"You know, you've actually picked up my magic pretty quickly," Lina Inverse admitted as they sat around the fire.
"I guess I'm just suited to chaos?" Venus shrugged.
"I'm NOT training you in Dragon Slave, though," Lina added firmly. "You're dangerous enough as it is."
"Aww," Lina pouted then shrugged. She looked thoughtful, "You talk about Lord of Nightmares a lot... is it your senpai?"
Somewhere out in the universe the Lord of Nightmares shuddered...
Hellsing!
"So... the only way I'd get a power up is by you biting me?" Venus asked, just to be clear.
Alucard looked rather bemused, tied up by the glowing golden chains Venus used. His partner Seras Victoria looked pissed, but the gag was keeping her from swearing too much. "In essence yes," Alucard agreed.
Venus hesitated, then looked over at Seres again. "Would I get a great rack like hers?" she asked curiously.
"Alas, you have to start out with that before you become a vampire," Alucard noted mildly even as Seres complained bitterly behind her gag.
"Then I'll pass," Venus sighed. She picked up one of Alucard's oversized and powered pistols, "How do these work?"
"Be careful they...,: Alucard started to say when she casually fired it with no trouble, taking a recoil that would break a ordinary person's arm with barely a grunt. "Never mind."
"Can I take one?" Venus asked, not wanting her trip back to England to be a waste. "I mean, you have two of these...," she added.
Alucard hesitated, then shrugged, "Sure, why not?" At the very least this would make a interesting story to share with Sir Hellsing.
