It was 10 o'clock at night, and Ziva David had gone to Tony' s apartment because she had left her DVD there and she had wanted to show Jethro as it was her favourite, it was a Hebrew movie with subtitles called Shalom.
When she had gone to his apartment, Tony had been in his bed with his new girlfriend, they had been dating for three weeks now.
She had bright blues eyes, and dark hair with a golden tan.
Ziva knocked on the door, and Tony got up reluctantly, kissing his girlfriend before making his way to the front door in his bathrobe.
He opened the door, "What are you doing here Zee-vah?"
She smiled, "I have come to collect the movie I left behind" she looked at him curiously and heard a door open in the apartment, "You have a woman in there don't you?"
He grinned, "Yep"
She looked curious, "Who?"
He shook his head lightly, "You don't know her" he turned back into his apartment and picked up the DVD from the unit and passed it to her
His girlfriend came into the sitting room, having not heard Ziva's voice, "Tony, Are you coming back to bed?"
Ziva stepped into the apartment upon hearing the voice and stared in shock at her daughter, wearing Tony's shirt, which luckily came down to just above her knees, "Mom", she gasped.
Ziva turned to Tony, "You're sleeping with my daughter!"
Tony ran his hand through his hair, as Sarah stood there not knowing what to do, he said to Ziva, "I love her Zee"
Sarah smiled and moved to his side, as he wrapped his arms around her tightly.
Ziva glared at him, "Sarah, get your stuff we're leaving"
Sarah shook her head, "No, I'm not mom"
Ziva went to head slap Sarah, making Tony pull Sarah out of the way in a protective gesture, which in turn made Ziva glare, "If you do not come with me, I'm calling your father and I'm very sure Tony will lose his job! Your 17!"
Sarah looked up at Tony and kissed him softly upon the lips, "I'm not worth it, I'll go" She walked back into the apartment and got changed quickly.
Tony shook his head, "You may not believe me, but she knows the real me, I love her more than anything, she's worth more to me than that job"
Ziva shook her head, "I will not allow it"
Tony glanced at the room that Sarah had disappeared into, and then back at her mother, "You had Sarah at 16 and that was with Gibbs, he must've been about my age at the time, that's worse surely? You were younger, and Sarah's not pregnant"
Ziva slapped him, and strode into the bedroom, seeing that she was dressed, she dragged her from the apartment.
As she was dragged out she pulled against her mother's grip and kissed Tony on the lips, "I love you too"
