Author Note: this storyline wasn't the original storyline. The original one was really short with only 250 words and so I decided to rewrite this storyline. I hope that you like this new version of this storyline. I was inspired by yesterday's events at the volunteer school.

Sam woke up knowing that today was going to be another day of work and family life. Hetty had called him to let him know that he had the morning off to go to his daughter's school to celebrate veterans.

"Daddy, come on. It's time to take us to school." She said running into her parents bedroom.

"Alright. Give me about five minutes to get ready and then I will take you to school." He said to their daughter normally he's not the one that takes her to school since normally he's at work. He came downstairs about ten minutes later all ready to take her to school.

"Daddy, my school is having a veteran's day assembly and I wanted to see if you would come today." She asked her father.

"I would love to." He responded to his daughter as they loaded up into his car with his wife and kids. They got to her school with about ten minutes later. Sam and Michelle just headed to help out in their kids classroom until it was time for the assembly. They had so much fun in their daughter's assembly.

"That was cute to see our kids celebrate veterans." He said to his wife.

"What time do you need to go to work?" She asked her husband.

"Soon. I think that it's right after I dropped you off." He responded to her as he gave her a small kiss.
