One Shot Episode 2x07 Deliverance
The Hessians dragged Katrina, kicking and screaming, out of the Horseman's cottage. She was screaming for Abraham to save her. She called for him, knowing that despite of his choices, he does truly love her, and cares about her safety. Katrina saw the pain and indecision on Abraham's face, visible to her only through the enchantment of the necklace. Abraham was not going to let the love of his life slip through his fingers again, not in this lifetime. Henry, her son Jeremy, could not see the fellow horseman's face due to the lack of a head, but he seemed to sense the other man's pain, and reveled in it. He might only be hurting his mother for the benefit of Moloch, but he certainly relished in it as well.
Abraham became furious, enraged by Katrina's screams. He turned on his own men, choosing Katrina over his allies. He swung his broad axe once, hitting a Hessian in the breastbone. Swung again, hitting two more. Henry began to chuckle, having expected this. Using his powers he blasted the windows open, knowing sunlight to be Abraham's one weakness. The headless horseman began to smoke at once, the sunlight burning through his uniform. He tries to walk forward, and collapses, the sunlight too strong for even him to withstand. Henry smiles, enjoying his display of power.
The remaining men lose hold of Katrina as she flails, trying to fight them. Abraham returns, having fought against the sunlight to protect her. He distracts them all long enough for Katrina to run away. In frustration Henry opens all of the windows and doors and the horseman collapses, remaining still.
Katrina runs into the woods, not stopping until she reaches the road. There is an auto shop nearby and Katrina collapses into the arms of two mechanics who take her to a hospital.

Katrina falls into a deep sleep after the Aurora Borealis crystal stops her from birthing Moloch into the world. Crane and Abbie leave her to rest in the church, as these events have weakened her greatly. Night falls and the two are called into the Sheriff's department to discuss Ichabod's new consulting position. They reluctantly leave her, but believe the place to be safe.

The headless horseman wakes, released from his prison as the sun sets. Mounting his horse he heads in the direction of St. Henry's Parrish, instinctively knowing where Katrina is.
She still sleeps, regaining her strength. In the presence of Katrina's necklace, Abraham's head reappears. He looks relieved, finding her safe and despite having gone through tremendous torture, currently unharmed. He has had her taken from his care twice in a row now, both experiences hurting her. Being with Ichabod and the policewoman may be safe at the moment, but Katrina will be ultimately better off with Abraham.
Sorry this one-shot was so shitty. I just really needed to write something since there is so little of a Katless fanbase (at least visibly, since there is limited material both on tumblr and here). I just binged the whole first season and waiting a week for the new episode is making me go through withdrawal.
