Heartbreak at New Year
Harry had been waiting for Draco to meet him for ages—he was twenty minutes late. For someone who prided himself on his punctuality, it was highly unusual behaviour.
the only thing his mind could come up with for his boyfriend's delay was that Draco was injured somewhere and unable to call for help. Harry was becoming so concerned that he was considering Apparating to Malfoy Manor and asking Narcissa to help him track Draco down.
That was the moment he heard a distinct and unforgettable laugh approaching, followed by a deep voice Harry didn't recognise. He had just enough time to Disillusion himself before the man he'd been waiting for came around the corner with his arm around Blaise Zabini.
Harry's heart broke. He couldn't believe his eyes.
