As I walked along the street I could hear footsteps coming closer and closer. He was coming for me. I began to jog and then as started running I could not here the footsteps any longer. They had disappeared. Maybe I was just paranoid afraid that what I had just done may have cost me my life. They were coming for me and I couldn't do anything to stop the inevitable. I have to hide. Go somewhere far away from here. But I have no transport. No money. Not even a friend. If I get a job it will too easy for them to track me. I'll have to walk to a town out in the country far away from this city when even the slightest thing is news. I'll leave at midnight tonight because that's when this city is at its busiest it will be easy to get out. Then walk about 10 miles to the nearest town and get a job there for a bit of money because out there the jobs are a little less official they don't even ask you questions or write them down so it's a little less dangerous. After that I will keep moving. Then hopefully I won't get caught. These people who are after me are known for killing people who haven't done what they want them to do. Luckily I escaped but there are many that have not been as lucky as me. I keep having this feeling that someone is watching me. They are surrounding me. Finding the right moment to attack also making sure they have enough time to escape so they don't get caught. These people are wanted. The rewards for finding them are huge. But the people that hunt them down always go missing and are never found again. Not even the bodies. These people have no name. No one even dares to make their own name for them because they know that they are watching they have more power over us then anyone in the country and soon maybe even the world. It's midnight. Remember to stay with a large group of people. Keep your hood up. Don't let anyone recognise you. Walk quickly and try not to look to suspicious. I walked quickly through the city and stayed at least 50 metres away from anyone looking suspicious and also close to the crowds of people as I knew they wouldn't try anything if I was in a crowd as it would make too much of a scene. That would also make it easy to find them. By the time I had exited the city it had just gone 2am.I stayed close to the road just in case of an emergency. By 5 am I had reached a small town called Lindencroft. Luckily for me it was a fairly small town with a population of only 60 people and still had plenty of job vacancies. I went into the coffee shop they gave me a job at the counter and I started right away. I got £5.00 an hour and within a week I had enough money to get a train out to palmdale down south I got a new job working in a clothes shop and rented a cheap apartment it was much nicer than sleeping ruff on the side of the road I had a bed for the first time in a year. I was really enjoying life at palmdale there was even a beach. I even started dating I met this guy we moved in together and settled in. I was enjoying life for the first time in years. It felt amazing.
