Wedding Dress
A wedding. Would be full of joy, cheers, and smiles. Everyone is, but one person, the best man.
He sits on his bed, hair messy, eyes tired, he covers his face and groans loudly.
"Tch," he lays down on the bed, clutching a velvet box.
The memories pop into his mind. He shakes his head wildly, letting his silver locks show his emerald eyes. He hears his phone ringing, he knows it's time to go.
To go to the church, to send his love away, for good.
He walks there, making sure to take his time. He has his regular scowl upon his face, though, has made sure to soften his expression before the church came into sight. Just because she asked and he did too.
"Ah! Gokudera, your finally here, Shiro's been waiting for you!" a brunette squealed as she hoped down the stairs.
"Alright, in her dressing room right?" he wants a smoke, he needs to forget about this wedding soon.
He walks away as she points in the direction.
"Hayato~! There you are why did you take so long~?" she smiles at him as her helpers try to fixes her up quickly. He can't but smile just a bit, she just looked beautiful in that wedding dress.
As the twenty-four year old man daze's out, she creeps up in front of him, slightly worried.
"Hayato! Is this not amazing! I'm finally getting married!" she laughs happily. They have small talk, till she panics.
"Wait! The wedding going to start soon, you have to be there before I do hurry, go Hayato, go!" she pushes him. "You have two really big roles! Piano and best man!" she calls after him.
He waves a hand over his shoulder.
Everyone's on the edge of their seats, (save for, Hibari, Mukufufu-chan, the Varia, ETC) The piano starts, the large wooden doors open slowly. The bride is with her father, the smile, but she only looks at him, the groom.
The brides-maids are already in tears, allowing Bianchi to comfort them as she smiles at the couple.
They say their vows, smile, slip the rings on each others fingers, and then they finally, kiss.
He breaks, broken-hearted, but blank faced. He stops the piano and walks to their side. The right side. He is silent, he is blank.
Everyone cheers, and they don't notice the broken Gokudera Hayato. As he watches his love entwine her hands with his boss, Sawada Tsunayoshi.
[Different Ending]
The party starts.
Kyoko and Haru talking to everyone. Finally coming to him.
"Aren't they the best couple?" Kyoko smiles.
He only shrugs and shifts his eyes.
"Why are you not happy? Tsu-kun just got married!"
He glares at them, he takes out his velvet box, opens it to show the glittering diamond ring, he picks it up and plops it into Kyoko's hand, looking at it then looking at Shiro.
"That's why," he walks away from them, ignoring they pity in their eyes.
