Notes!
First off, thank you so much for visiting my very first fanfiction piece. Writing really means a lot to me, and I have decided I want to share it with others from all over. It's a true joy that everyone should be a part of.
I think that the inspiration for this story was the fact that Steven Universe is a really great show that sets up fanfiction stories all by itself. There are so many possibilities…I am surprised it took me this long to find the show! I had nothing else to watch, so I flipped on the t.v. and channel surfed until Cartoon Network came on. The episode was actually episode 57, I think. Then I started to watch it from the beginning and was like, "Man! This is a really good show!"
Anyways, I have wanted to write a fanfiction story so many times in the past…Grey's Anatomy…Gossip Girl…Legend of Korra…I just couldn't really be as creative as I wanted to be. I either didn't know the medical terminology, or I couldn't write in the past-tense format Legend of Korra was created in. Steven Universe, however, has created the perfect writing environment!
One thing I find soooooo annoying with fanfiction is that it is nearly impossible to imagine what the characters look like. I mean, creativity is what fanfiction is about...But I think having the character's look in your brain as you read would help the creative process flow nicer. Let's take Garnet, for example. We know that she is strong due to her fusion and body shape. But Pearl, on the other hand, wouldn't be as strong as her. Pearl is skinnier and lacking Garnet's muscle.

I am thinking of doing the stories in an episode manner. There will be a plot, but this way it is easier to flow through all of the characters. Just wait and see how everything will turn out! No doubt you will enjoy it.
