Raven rushed down the hallway. Her throat was getting drier by the second. Finally she was at the door of the living room. She was about to open the door when something, or more likely someone, kicked her in the back. She slammed against the door stomach first. Her stomach hit the door so hard that she coughed out blood. "Whoever you are, you are not getting away!" It sounded like Robin. Raven tried to talk but more blood would come in the way of her words. One more kick in the head, one more punch in the stomach, one more throw to the wall. Raven tried to fight back, but the cut he inflicted under her left eye made her partially blind. He threw her to the door. The moonlight revealed her, and the blood falling out of her body. Tears mixed with blood fell down her face. How could he do this to her? Out of everyone in the world, why him? He was shocked to find that the intruder he thought she was, was actually his best friend! He ran over and picked up the black haired girl. He rushed her to his room to treat her. He didn't want anybody to find out what happened to them.
Raven's body gradually healed itself, and in about an hour, it was healed. Robin stayed up all night until she woke up, and then came the awkward moments. "Uhh, Raven?" Raven looked up, and as soon as she did, he pulled her into a bear hug. "Robin?" "I'm sorry Rae. So so sorry. I never meant to hurt you like that, I thought you were someone else, an intruder. I really regret hurting you, Rae. Please, find it in your heart to forgive me. Please," he begged. Raven felt his genuine sincerity and so she said, "Robin, it's fine. I understand. I forgive you." "Thank you," he responded. He looked her in the eye, and they held each others gazes, so much that, it was like Robin entranced Raven, and before she knew it, her hand was making its way up, to pull off the mask. But before she could pull it off, he caught her hand. But she didn't notice, and neither did he. Their faces were inching closer and closer until it was a small inch away. Soon it was only a centimeter. But just as their lips were about to touch, Starfire screamed so loud, that it seemed like the tower shook. Then they looked at each other and blushed. "Uh, robin, you might want to put something over your boxers before you go answer that." He blushed even more when he realized what his attire was. He looked at Raven blushing a pure red, now looking at the suddenly super interesting wall. "Raven, you might want to put your cape back on before BB starts to check you out," he said. And then he looked away, and got up and put his green spandex on. Then he placed his shirt, belt, socks, shoes, and cape. Just as he was about to walk out the door, Raven put her cape on and said, "Ahem. Robin. She pointed at the mirror. He walked over and looked in the mirror and said, "what?" "You forgot about your hair smart one," she answered in her monotone voice with a smirk. He grabbed the gel and put an extreme amount in his hair. "Is that even healthy?" she asked. "I don't actually know, but I look good and that's all that matters." She sighed. Then just as she was going to walk out the door, he grabbed her hand, pulled her to him, and claimed her lips in a soft kiss.
