A Royal Peasant
A/N: I had the idea to write this story ,SO, I hope you guys really like it! Please R&R! I might let this be an OC submission story! But, we will see! Anyways, without further ado,
Introduction:
I was looking out of the wooden house I called home. The scenery I saw was much more beautiful than that of the damp and cold inside of my house. After all, it was just a peasant's house.
The scene in front of me was, as I mentioned earlier, beautiful. It just wasn't the petals of the dogwood trees that cascaded gently down and created ripples on the water around the castle I saw from afar, it was the prince. The handsome prince that was standing on the castle balcony.
His name was Blue, Prince Blue, and today... was his wedding day.
It brought me hurt and depression to see the beauty beside him. She proved that I never had a chance of getting Blue...Getting the Prince. But, then again, I could be the last girl on earth and I still wouldn't be worthy.
The girl beside him was wearing the traditional wedding gown. It was pure snow white and it had a long train. Her clear veil fluttered behind her and her dark blue hair was formally curled.
What else would be expected of a Princess. The Princess of the village of Twin Leafs to be exact.
I couldn't hear what the minister was saying, but I could tell he was getting close to mentioning the vows.
I wanted it to stop. I wanted one chance. Just one. That's all I wanted..
Suddenly, the peaceful sky grew dark, and Prince Blue, the Princess, the Minister, & all of the guests glanced up.
Gentle droplets of rain fell from the gray sky. And then, flooded down.
Lighting bolts shot down & I could hear the Princess, Princess Dawn, scream.
Everyone rushed inside the castle.
I smiled. Maybe I would get my chance.
I felt water hit the top of my head.
Damn leaky roof! I thought.
"Leaf! Come with me!" A shrill & horrific voice yelled.
I turned. There stood Ms. Joy. Her pink hair was in a bun & she was wearing a soaked pink ball gown. Must of came here right after the "wedding" I guessed. Fast runner!
"Y-yes madame," I said & walked forward.
Ms. Joy grabbed me by my brown hair & began topull me out the door and lead me to the castle.
"You're in charge of cleaning up this messed up reception!" She screeched and shook me.
"B-but it's raining!" I protested.
"But what!" She screamed and slapped me.
She certainly wasn't a Joy.
A/N: It'll get longer from there! I promise! Hope it was good!
