Quidditch!
Of course it was the Quidditch Season. Well, it was for Albus Severus Potter.
He'd wanted to play in this match for over two years. But the only person missing since he'd signed up, was Sky Ellis.
Sky had been a great companion in Albus's life. But then, the Dark Lord returned once more. It had taken all of Albus's courage to defeat Lord Voldemort like his father had done before him.
Sky Ellis.
Devi Fillius.
What was it supposed to mean?
There was no meaning in it. But then, there was no meaning in anything that Sky had told him at all. Then Albus realised something important.
Devi Fillius spelt out Ellis and it meant son of a god.
One minute! boomed a voice in the background.
So Sky Ellis was a son of a flaming god, then?
Where was Sky then?
Thirty seconds!
Sky! Where are you? Albus growled.
An intense rumbling filled Albus's ears. What on earth was it? A growling was sounding. Screams filled the air.
Ten seconds!
The broom that Albus had been shouldering was now in the international Quidditch position. Viktor Krum had used it.
Goooooo!
Albus took a deep breath and flew out of that mini hole that was opening to let him through. Daylight streamed onto his face and a giant was standing in the middle of the pitch.
Only that it wasn't a giant.
It was Sky Ellis.
