William had just lead the last contestant into an abandoned alleyway and gave him an electric shock with his Taser, which worked well as the man fell down on the ground and was unconscious.
The Inspector approaches him "Murdoch that was bloody brilliant!"
William with a nervous but happy to be alive voice, "it worked"
He gives the Taser to the Inspector in a hurried voice, "Sir, take him to the Station House, I will question him shortly."
Brackenreid with a confused look, "where are you going?"
"I owe it to my wife to let her know that she didn't become a widow today" William says with a grin
Brackenreid nodded, "fair enough"
William begins heading home so happy to be alive and going to see the woman he loves. Julia said she would be waiting for him at the hotel when he got back.
William enters into the hotel tips his hat to the concierge, who tells him his wife is upstairs, waiting for him.
He runs up the stairs and heads to their suite, grabs his key and unlocks the door. He enters into the suite and looks to his left and sees Julia looking through the curtain out at the street with a glass of scotch in her hand. She isn't sure about turning around because she doesn't know if its William to let her know he's alright or the Inspector to tell her she became a widow for the second time.
She took a breather and turned around and saw William with happy tears in her eyes. She placed her glass on the table and ran to him, wrapped her arms around his neck and passionately kissed him.
"I know you had to do it, but promise me you will never scare me like that ever again"
In between kisses he says, "I promise"
Out of breath she asks him "did you question the contestant already?"
They continued kissing until William pulled back, "no, we caught him, though"
"So the Taser worked?"
"It did, but I was so scared, but when the man fell down to the ground I gave the Inspector the Taser and said to take him to the Station because I owe it to my wife that she didn't become a widow today"
With more tears in her eyes she gave him the biggest kiss ever, and slid her tongue in his mouth. She whispered in his ear, "Show me how you owe it to me, William" she said seductively.
With a smile he picked her up bridal style and headed to the bedroom, where he did owe it to her with passion.
