I was sitting at home and watching
This one show created by Rod Serling
That featured an episode known as
'The Midnight Sun' and this sudden mass
Of realization had got me to thinking.
I know that it could only happen in
The Twilight Zone and not within
The real world but I have to wonder
What would happen to us if another
Sun should appear and dry us like a raisin.
All I could say is that if it does happen,
Then we should not be so bedridden
That we would be unable to take a trip
Away from our doomed home in a ship
To a new home even if it is forbidden.
