Broken Friendship
A/N: This takes place after the Season 3 finale of Camp Camp but it went down into an alternative ending
It's been a week since Camp Camp got back together, Nikki and Neil have been having fun together without Max, Sometimes Max would just look at them and try to apologize to them but both of them won't listen, one day no one saw Max but everyone seems to just do what they do everyday, Space Kid with his space fantasies, Nurf bullying people, Ered being cool, Dolph making art, Nerris playing with her Dungeons and Dragons game, Harrison practicing magic tricks, Preston planning his next play, Nikki and Neil out on their adventures.
David noticed Max hasn't been seen today.
"Huh... Weird I haven't seen Max today" David was looking outside
"Don't worry David I'm sure that little shit is trying to mess with us like always" Gwen replied
"But Gwen, Max hasn't been bothering us for like a week already"
"Yeah that is weird we should gp make sure he's alright"
"Good idea Gwen" David and Gwen headed over to Max's tent, David looked in the tent, "Max are you alright?" but didn't see Max, "Gwen I think we have a missing camper"
"Shit" David and Gwen alerted the campers that Max is gone, everyone was shooked to hear this especially Nikki and Neil
"Campers before we freak out, we gotta find Max first" The campers and camp counsellors were searching for hours, just when they're about to give up, Nikki went to the pantry and noticed the attic ladder was down, Nikki went up there and found Max
"MAX!" Nikki yelled, Max heard her but didn't look over to her, he was just looking down at the floor with his hood on "Max?... are you okay?" there was a long silence.
"I'm... Okay" Max said quietly and slowly, he slowly left the attic with Nikki following him, he was heading to the door of Mess Hall everyone was happy and relieved but they noticed Max was acting different, Nikki stopped when Max was at the door and is about to open it
"Max... Is everything alright?" David was worried, Max stopped still looking down at the floor as everyone was looking at him, Max opened the door and stepped outside.
Nikki and Neil stepped outside and found Max sitting at the dock, they walked over to the dock.
"Max?" Neil tried getting Max's attention and again silence... after awhile he replied
"Yeah?"
"What's wrong Max?" Neil and Nikki sat next to Max
"Nothing..."
"Max we know something's wrong, we're worried about you" Nikki took off Max's hood revealing a teary face
"It's not your guys fault, It's all my fault I've been an asshole to everyone in this camp. I just want to hide from everyone even from you two cause I know you two hate me and I lost my two best friends this summer, I'll just continue hiding somewhere else until summer is over, not even my parents don't care about me..." Max's tears continued falling out, Max started crying Nikki and Neil hugged Max.
"I know me and Neil been acting like jerks to you but I'm sorry and I love you Max" Nikki held Max's hand, Max looked at Nikki then held Nikki's hand, after he looked at Neil
"I'm sorry too and I love you too Max" The three friends we hugging each other, Max felt better, knowing that he got 2 friends that cares about him
"But it's gonna really suck when summer's over, we're gonna get split apart, I don't want us to get split apart, you two are my real friends"
"I know we won't see each other again but we can try coming back here next summer" said Neil
"Yeah let's enjoy this summer" Nikki smiled, then Max smiled and Neil smiled
"The lake looks really nice tonight" Max looked at the water with the moon reflecting the lake
"Yeah..." Nikki loved the veiw
