A boy named Souta Matsumoto arrived at the newly reformed Hope's Peak Academy, in there he meets 16 classmates and they decided to perform the Sachiko Ever After Charm, suddenly an earthquake teleported them to Heavenly Host Elementary, in there they meet Monokuma and are forced to play a killing game, while avoiding being killed by ghosts.
