Oz Meets Luna

Oz was in the Three Broomsticks. At least, he thinks that's what it was called. It would explain the decorating. After last night's full moon he was still feeling a bit disoriented, though, so he could've been wrong. But that wasn't important right now. This was.

There was a blonde girl sitting next to him at the bar. Well, he said girl, but… she was obviously a woman. Oz didn't know who she was, or how she had gotten there. He only knew that she was drinking a cup of tea. At a bar. This alone was enough to grab his attention.

"Hey."

Her eyes turned slowly to his. She sipped her tea.

"Hello. Who are you?"

"I'm Oz."

She tilted her head.

"I've never met a country before. That's quite fascinating. Do you get any interesting visitors?"

"Not really. Just the usual immigrants and tourists."

She nodded, as if this answer were the one she had been expecting.

"I'm Luna, by the way. Do you want a butterbeer?"

"Sure."

It sounded like some sort of uber-fatty alcohol. He was up for it.

Luna flagged down the bartender with a wave of her napkin. She then paid for the "butterbeer" with a bunch of…Oz wasn't sure. It must've been England-exclusive money. She handed him the drink.

"Here."

He took a sip. Too sugary for his taste, but nice.

"You'll have to pay for mine, next time."

Oz nodded. This seemed like a good plan.
