"Come Again?"
"Mother!" a white alicorn cries, "Where is my tiara? Did Cadence move it again?"
The mare moved about her large, high-ceilinged room throwing objects to and fro with her magic.
"Mother!" she cried again, "Are you even listening? I can't find my tiara!"
Silently, the mare's mother, Princess Celestia, moves into the room holding the tiara with her magic.
"What did I say about respecting your sister, Shooting Star?" Celestia asks her. Then as the young mare reaches for the tiara, she brings it up higher.
"Mother!" Shooting Star exclaims again, though earning no response from Celestia, "Fine! You said to give her the respect of calling her by her full name."
"And that is?" Celestia asks her, smiling gently at the young mare.
"Princess Mi Amore Cadenza," she mumbles back.
"Thank you, Shooting Star," Celestia says and settles the tiara onto the mares head, "Now hurry down stairs. The Grand Galloping Gala will start any minute."
Without saying another word, Shooting Star speeds out of the room.
Frowning, Princess Celestia looks after her daughter, who seemed so unlike her in any way, and then goes to look up at the moon.
"Oh, Luna, I'm having such a hard time with Shooting Star," Celestia says to the sky, "If only you were with us. You would know what to do with her."
Sighing again, Princess Celestia turns, and, walking out the bedroom's door, disappears down the stairs after her daughter.
