Chapter 1
The Starter Pokemon
My tenth birthday has just past and my journey to be a pokemon trainer has just begun. Hello my name is Cassie and I'm ten years old and tomorrow I get my starter pokemon. My older brother started his pokemon journey one year ago and tomorrow I start my journey. I live in the town of Pittsbug and the trainers who live in Pittsbug get their starter pokemon from professor Kaiser, but every one just calls him Kaiser. New trainers can choose from these pokemon the grass type Chikorita, the water type Piplup. Or the fire type Charmander. That night I was so excited that I would begin my adventure in the pokemon world.
In the morning when I woke up, I was 3 hours late to get my starter. When I got to Kaiser's lab nearly all of the pokemon where gone. I asked a trainer on what pokemon they got they said not the one they wanted. I was thinking that Charmander was taken. I rushed into the lab and Kaiser had a pokeball all ready for me. He said all I have are Chikorita and Piplup, but no Charmander. I asked him on what happened to it he said that Charmander was not available because it was very sick. I told Kaiser that if I could took care of it then could Chramander be my partner and he said yes. After taking care of it for three weeks the big day finally arrived. Kaiser gave me the ok and I told Charmander that it was my partner now. We left Pittsbug to begin our journey.
Charmander and I were on route 201 when I saw my first wild pokemon. It was a Starly and I decided to capture it. I threw my pokeball and out popped Charmander. I told Charmander that I wanted to catch Starly, it was ready to help me out. After a long and fierce battle Starly was finally weakened enough to catch it. I threw my pokeball at Starly. A red light came out and Starly went inside. I told Charmander to prepare for more battling if Starly didn't stay in the ball. The pokeball dropped to the ground and started to move. After five minutes the pokeball finally stopped moving. I ran over to pick up my pokeball. I said yes I caught my very first pokemon and it is a Starly. And so with a new friend we continued our journey.
