I sat on the dock at the lake that Percy had found. No one had ever been here while we had so it was sorta our little spot. Percy had already dived into the water. I just sat soaking up the sun. I was trying to dry off since we were going to see the guys. I was expecting a call from them soon. I thankfully didn't have to worry about getting my phone wet, since I had fingured out how to water proof it. "Annabeth don't you want your hat?" Percy yelled from the middle of the lake, disturbing my peace. I noticed that he was waving my invisibility hat around.
"PERCY! GIVE MY HAT BACK NOW!I'M GOING TO KILL YOU," I yelled at the top of my lungs. He smiled and slowly sank under the water. I went to the edge of the of the dock and peeked over the edge. I was laying on my stomach. Unfortunately I made the mistake of hanging my arms just above the water. The next thing I knew 2 hands reached up, and pulled me under. As soon as I was under the hands let me go. It took a minute for me to get my bearings. When I did, I instantly saw a smiling Percy still holding my hat. I growled and started to swim twoards him. Well I tried. The current wouldn't let me move. I started to run out of air. Percy must have been able to tell because all of a sudden the water pushed my to the surface. I took a big breath. I stayed up there for a few minutes. The all of a sudden 2 I could feel 2 slimy, gross, hands grab my ankles and pull me down. This time when I went under Percy had made an underwater bubble. I turned around in the bubble to see him. He was sitting on the other side smiling at me. I smiled back, walked over slowly, and then hit him across the face. When he looked back at me he was still smiling his goofy, seaweed brain smile. I rolled my eyes and groaned at him. I then sat down on his lap. I expected him to push me off, but his arms simply snaked around my waist. I leaned my head onto his shoulder. "I love you Seaweed Brain," I said turning to face him. He simply cupped my face in his hand. He then pulled me forward and kissed me. I felt my phone ring, but never answered.
