"You have no camera's? " Elliot asked the store owner in disbelief. "That's right now if you'll excuse me" the shop owner said trying to get rid of Elliot. Elliot walked out and sighed 'this case is going no where' Suddenly a woman ran into Elliot with bloody clothes. She tried to escape from Elliot's grasp "hey hey miss can you calm down?" The woman looked at him and stuggled againts his strength "let me go!"
Elliot pulled out his badge "miss I'm a detective, I won't hurt you you're safe now" he felt the woman immediately calm down "I.. I was raped" the woman sad shaking. Elliot nodded "lets get you to a SVU precinct okay?" The woman nodded.
He helped her into his car and drove to the SVU precinct. He helped her out when they arived and walked into a really quiet squadroom, he looked around and spotted a beautiful brunette woman at her desk , he guessed she was doing paperwork. "Excuse me"
Olivia looked up at the sound of a man's voice, she saw a fragile bloody woman in his arms "I need some help" Elliot said. Olivia immediately jumped up and grabbed her jacket "what happened? " Olivia asked reaching him "tell me while we get to a hospital" Olivia said.
Elliot followed her "I have my car here" Elliot said "okay lets go" Olivia said this time following him. They got in. Olivia in the back of the car with the vic. "Okay what happened?" Olivia asked "I just got out of this shop and she ran into me, she was very scared and just wanted to get away I showed my badge to her and told her I'm a detective and she then said she was raped" Elliot said Olivia nodded looking at the vic that was out.
Elliot was racing trough the streets "I'm Olivia Benson by the way" Olivia said realising she was actually in a car with a guy she has never met "Elliot Stabler" Olivia gave him a small smile. They arived at the hospital and Elliot carried her in, the doctors took her immediately and there wasn't something Elliot or Olivia could do.
They decided to sit down and wait. "How'd you get into SVU?" Olivia sighed "long story" Elliot smrinked "Well we kinda do have a lot of time on our hands right now" Olivia laughed a little "true.. but on the other hand I just met you, all I know is that you're Elliot Starler and you're a detective" Elliot laughed "it's Stabler actually" Olivia laughed "see exactly my point" Elliot laughed "well we can get to know each other?"
Olivia thought for awhile "okay why not.. but my story isn't so.. like" Elliot smiled "it's okay, I dont judge" Elliot held out his pinky "I promise" Olivia nodded taking his pinky with hers "okay.. well I was a product of rape and.. uhm my mom never gave me up and she couldn't handle it.. I guess I looked to much like him.. and she hit me as a child, but she was permanently drunk and about 3 years ago she fell down stairs because she was drunk" Elliot took each word in and he couldn't believe this beautiful women sitting next to him had gone trough all that.
"I'm so sorry" Olivia smiled "yea another thing I don't like sympathy" Elliot laughed "okay" Olivia smiled "and you're a detective of?" Elliot smiled a little "homicide" Olivia nodded "tough?" Elliot nodded "little... how do you handle SVU tho?" Olivia laughed a little "uh well I don't really I guess..."
Elliot nodded "maybe we should go play golf together to get rid of stress" Olivia laughed "golf? No thank you I hate golf" Elliot smiled "why?" Olivia bit her lip "cause I'm not good at it" Elliot laughed "okay I see I see"
"I'd rather go eat somewhere and do something before or after that" Elliot nodded "sounds good, so we're gonna do this every Saturday if we don't get called in" Olivia thought a moment before noding "deal" they exchanged numbers. Just them a doctor came out. Olivia and Elliot stood up and walked towards the doctor.
"Your victim was brutally raped, we got her stable and she's awake now if you want to interview her" Olivia nodded "thank you so much doc" Elliot smiled at the doctor and they walked to the room. "Hi I'm detective Olivia Benson and this is detective Elliot Stabler" the woman in the bed nodded her head "what's your name?" The woman in bed licked her lips "Emily" Olivia nodded "okay Emily can you remember what happened"
Elliot watched the interaction between the victim and Olivia. He had to admit she was really good. "Yea I was raped" Olivia nodded sitting down next to the Emily "can you tell me what happened?" Emilt nodded slowly "I uh I was walking home from this part time job I have and this guy grabbed me into a alley and raped me" Emily said putting her arms around herself. "Do you know what he looks like?"
"Yes kind off.. he's tall muscular and black, he had a tatoo of a spider on his right hand" Emily said looking away "that's really good Emily, are you in college?" Emily nodded "harvard" Olivia nodded clearly impressed "okay and do you maybe remember what he was wearing?" Emily nodded once again "he was wearing this baseball cap, a old one it was red and blueish I don't know it was dark, he was also wearing a black leather jacket and some jeans that were kinda ripped." Olivia nodded "you're doing really really good, did he say anything?"
Emily nodded slowly almost unsure "what did he say" Emily took a deep breath "you regret turning me down already" Olivia nodded "okay, do you recognise the voice?" Emily shook her head "do you turn guys down a lot?" Emily nodded "All guys I'm... I like girls" Olivia nodded understanding "okay so he might have gotten mad at you being gay" Emily nodded "I guess" Olivia smiled at Emily "thank you so much Emily you were a huge help" Emily smiled
Olivia and Elliot walked out and to his car. "You're taking me back to my precinct right?" Elliot laughed "only if we can go for a drink tonight" Olivia scoffed "deal!" Elliot laughed "can I work with you on this case my captain will be fine with it." Olivia smiled "my partner will not be happy" Elliot frowned "well screw him" Olivia laughed "I can't he's married" Olivia said laughing "ahhh I see how you turned that" Elliot said laughing. Olivia laughed "if you can talk my captain in to agree with you I'll be fine with it"
Elliot smiled and mocked her "deal". They entered the building Elliot walking next to Olivia. When they entered the squad room it was busier than earlier. Brian was at his desk and stared as Olivia came in with a man. Amanda and Fin also looked up. Olivia walked Elliot to the captains office "he's in there just knock I'll be at my desk" she said with a smile and left him there walking back to her desk.
She has barely sat down when Brian spat at her "who's that" Olivia sat down completely "detective from homicide" Brian frowned "how do you know him?" Olivia smiled "I don't exactly, we kinda met a few hours ago" Brian looked at Olivia for a few seconds "do I have something on my face?" Olivia asked Brian shook his head no and went on with his work.
"Who's the hottie?" Amanda asked rolling her chair next to Olivia's. Brian rolled his eyes "that's not hot" Amanda snorted in Brian's reply "was I talking to you?" Amanda turned all her attention back to Olivia "spill" Olivia laughed "uhm he's a detective from homicide" Amanda frowned "annddddd..." Olivia laughed "uh he brought in a vic, we took her to the hospital, as we waited for the doc we started talking and he's really nice" Amanda nodded "and then" Olivia laughed at how much attention Amanda was giving "and we're going out for drinks tonight" Amanda shrieked "yayyy"
Fin laughed hearing everything. Brian still not pleased just sat there. Elliot finally came out of the captains office. Amanda quickly rolled her chair back to her desk. Elliot held up to thumbs at Olivia, who smiled at him. "We're working together on the case" Elliot said reaching her desk. Brian looked up then at Olivia and back at Elliot "What?"
