Scp 9182, informally know as "Sam" is a supernatural mind altering phenomenon that shares similar properties to that of the "Ophiocordyceps unilateralis" fungus. Individuals affected by the Scp; which shall be referred to as Scp 9182-2 will be [redacted] for a span of 3 to 10 hours (depending on the individuals willpower) at the end of which they will begin to display traits of that commonly associated with a person with the first name "Sam". Although displaying no threatening behaviour to other Scp 9182-2's, the controlled individuals will lure in non-affected personnel with promises of "orange juice" and "cookies". No cases have been documented where the promised food items have been delivered.

Small, closely monitored societies of "Sams" are kept track of at all times by the foundation. Notably large communities are located in:
