Oh Robin why couldn't you see how I feel. It probably meant nothing. The kiss I mean. I still wasn't that familiar with earthly customs. But it is correct to stay with the person you say you love yes? You do not move on to another person? Oh this is so confusing.
"Starfire…?" Robin asked staring at me. Did I want to answer him? No. did I have to? Yes. Not for him but for me.
"Look Star… I understand that Blackfire and my relationship is hurtful to you but I love her… if you can't be happy for me…" Robin said looking at me with a cold expression.
"I am the happy for you Robin." I tell him. I sit on the edge of the roof and sigh. I was not happy. I no longer spoke that bad of English however Robin believed I was upset with him from dating Blackfire.
Don't get me wrong…I am. I could feel my rage directed at him. I wanted to tell him how much I loved him. Not that it would matter.
"Oh… you are…?" Robin rose an eyebrow.
"Yes! I am the happy. You deserve the girl that is best." I say naively. He doesn't even pick up that I'm faking. I believe that my acting has gotten better. Well good for me I guess.
"Are you sure…?" robin asked his masked eyes widened.
"Friend Robin do you wish for me to tell you otherwise…? I tell you the truth but you keep asking me if I am most sure. Why do you ask if I am most sure of myself?" I stand facing him.
"Well… because of Tokyo…" Robin let his voice trail off.
"What of it…? I am pretty sure it meant the nothing. You have also proved me that it did not mean anything…"
"Of course it meant something!" Robin exploded. He started pacing and mumbling to himself.
"What!?" I ask raising my voice slightly.
"It meant everything to me. But we came back and acted as if nothing happened. So I assumed that you didn't like it, didn't like me so I moved on…" He turned to face me with an unreadable expression.
I took this as my chance. I leaned down and kissed him softly on the lips.
"…what was that for?" He asked a big smile on his face.
"It was for you to know that it meant everything." I told him a small smile playing on my face.
"Well…get back here then!" Robin says pulling me back to him. Our lips meet and I no longer feel abandoned.
