"What's this?" Luke asked, curiously examining one of the pages from the thick pile Ben Kenobi had given him. Then he spotted the title at the top of the page, and suddenly he wasn't so curious anymore.

"A test?" he exclaimed, "You have to take a written test to be a Jedi?!" Ben didn't deem this a question worth answering, instead chosing a seat and sitting down to wait for when Luke finished.

"A test," Luke stated once more, sitting down heavily on the conveniently placed chair behind him. "Alright then," he said resignedly. There'd be no use arguing about this. Picking up the included pen Luke signed the paper with his name and went on to the next question, one he stared at for a minute before looking up.

"...Ben?" he asked. Said man looked up with a questioning hum - Luke thought he might have been meditating, "what date is it?" It was embarassing to have to ask about the first question like that, but what do you do.

"May the Fourth be with you, Luke," Ben said at last.

AN: I'm not even sorry.
