When watching the opening scene of the show, with the four of them walking outside the courthouse, I keep thinking what could they possibly be talking about? This drabble explores that question. Hope Y'all like*^_^*

"So Counsellor, how'd you go with that advice I gave you," Detective Bernard enquired slyly.
"Great. Worked like a charm," Mike replied smugly, sliding his hand in his pants pocket. "I brought Carly back to my place. She was like putty in my hands, quite literally." He lowered his voice slightly. "Although, I do take full credit for making her wake the neighbours."
Bernard's mouth turned up in a mischievous smirk. "You sly old dog."
Connie rolled her eyes as she turned to face Lupo, feeling somewhat queasy after listening in on Mike and Bernard's dirty-talk. "How's Otto?" she asked him. "Have you taught him any new tricks?"
"Nah, no new tricks. Left me a present behind the couch yesterday though. But aside from that, everything's going great," Lupo replied sheepishly.
Connie burst into a fit of laughter. "Well, pets can be a handful!"
"You, know, I've been thinking of entering him in a dog show," Lupo continued.
"That's great. He's bound to win a prize for something, given that he graduated with Honours from puppy pre-school." Connie replied enthusiastically. "You know, I can give you the number of a dog-groomer if you're interested."
"Really Connie, you'd do that?"
"Sure thing."
