Author's Note: So I really didn't like the conversation between Adrian and her father. I think It should have gone a little like this.
"Adrian?"
"Yeah."
"Adrian Lee?"
"Yes" she replied.
"Your mother's and I agreement was this wasn't suppose to happen. I have a family now. Please don't come around here anymore."
Adrian's heart shattered into a million pieces. Then the anger came.
"Why?"
He turned around.
"Why what?" he asked.
"Why did you leave? Was I not good enough? Did you need something better. You go and you live your happy little life. You know, I feel sorry for you. Pretending to live this perfect life, knowing what you did. Your life is nothing but a lie. Does your wife no what you did? How about your daughters? Your sorry excuse for a human being. Have a great life."
Adrian put the car in gear and drove off, not looking back.
"Are you okay, Adrian?" Grace asked.
"I'm fine" she replied not looking from the road.
"I'm proud of you. That took a lot of courage."
Adrian said nothing. Just smiled. For the first time in her she felt…Good.
Author's Note: I know that's is not the exact dialogue in the scene but whatever. I just thought Adrian should have said something to him. Leave a review.
