Her eyes were aching.
She had cried out all of her tears, and yet she still felt as if she could cry for a hundred years.
Her heart was broken..
Sure, she had broken hearts before, but none like this.
She wasn't even sure if she had cried over any of the others.
But this was worse.
She loved this boy like crazy, and yet he was nowhere.
Ino Yamanaka, a 16 year old medical kunoichi, sighed into her hands and tried with all of her might to think of anything but him.
She failed.
She couldn't get her mind off of him, no matter how much she tried.
She even dreamed of him.
She pressed her legs tighter together, trying to fend off the pleasent memories of him and her together.
She didn't even know how she could feel any form of arousement with him away.
With her heart hurting this bad.
She shook her head frantically, more tears welling up in her eyes.
"Why? Why did you have to leave me?" The Yamanaka cried out into the empty air around her.
She shook with her tears, despair weighing down her heart.
Her hand was clenched so hard that her finger nails drew blood from her pale white skin.
"Ino..."
The blue eyed kunoichi froze.
That voice..
She knew that voice.
She felt warm arms wrap around her tightly, pulling her to a warm chest.
She closed her eyes, and let the remaining tears spill onto her cheeks.
A warm finger wiped the tears away.
"Ino.. What happened to you?"
She almost swooned at the voice, the love she would always feel for the man behind her building up into her, preventing her from speaking.
The brown eyed man behind her turned her around to look in her eyes.
Her eyes, previously filled with despair, were filled with love.
That was all he needed.
Their lips met in a lasting kiss.
Ino whished it could last forever, but she knew she had to say something.
She pulled away and looked at the person she adored.
"I love you, Shikamaru.."
Shikamaru Nara smiled warmly and whispered in her ear, "As do I, Ino. I'll love you forever."
