Authors note: This is a one off, I don't own any Trap Door characters I only own Flower and Kane.
Flower a small pink creature vaguely resembled a frog with spiders legs yawned waking up to a normal dark morning.
She stretched being careful of her swollen stomach.
She looked next to her to see Drutt a grey version of herself still sleeping next to her.
She gently nudged Drutt awake.
He yawned and stretched.
"Morning" he said.
"Morning" Flower smiled.
"You ok?" Drutt asked.
Flower nodded standing up.
She tried to catch some food but the weight of her stomach prevented her from hunting.
Drutt smiled getting her some food.
"Thanks" Flower said.
"So where are you going to make the nest?" Drutt asked.
Flower thought for a moment.
"The same place as last time" she replied.
"Berk won't like that" Drutt said.
"Well I need to make it today" Flower said.
Drutt nodded and went to help.
Flower yawned when she noticed a shadow over her.
She looked up to see Kane a light green creature that was as tall as a small boy but his body resembled a blob standing over her.
He smiled and adjusted his glasses.
"How long?" Flower asked.
"Enough" Kane replied.
"You're lucky everyone else is going to see the pack today" he added and walked off.
For the rest of the morning Flower and Drutt started to make a nest in a cupboard.
Once they were done Flower had to rest.
She quickly fell asleep in the nest.
Drutt smiled and went off.
He went into the libary and found Kane reading.
"How's Flower?" Kane asked.
"Sleeping" Drutt replied tiered.
Kane smiled and picked Drutt up.
Drutt made a growling noise he hated being picked up.
Kane put him back down.
"Sorry" he said.
After a few hours Drutt went to see how Flower was doing.
He smiled seeing Flower was no longer alone in the nest.
Inside the nest with Flower were four small babies.
She smiled seeing Drutt and looked at her offspring.
The first was grey like Drutt but had pink eyes and legs like Flower.
The second was pink with grey patches around its body.
The third was completely pink.
And the last was completely grey.
Drutt however looked at the last one worried, it was pale and lifeless, unlike the others who had a strong colour to them and were moving in their sleep.
Flower could see how worried Dutt was.
She sighed just as Kane came in.
He saw the pale one and gently picked it up.
He sighed.
"I'm sorry Drutt, I guess some things ain't meant to be, and yet.. I wonder" he said before gently rubbing it quickly.
After a few minutes Kane smiled.
"Look" he said as the pale grey one poked its head out from Kane's hand.
Drutt and Flower smiled.
Kane gently placed the small grey baby back in the nest with its siblings.
The two smiled.
Kane nodded at the two and went off.
"What are we going to call them?" Drutt asked.
Flower looked at the pink one with grey patches.
"Patches" she said.
Drutt looked at the pale grey one.
"Mejabo" he said.
Flower looked at the pink one.
"Amanay" she said.
Drutt looked at the grey one with pink eyes and legs.
"Zekan" he said.
Flower nodded.
"Do you want any food while here?" Drutt asked.
Flower nodded.
Drutt smiled and went off to get food for Flower and offspring.
