Hi guys, this is my first fanfic so, please, go easy on me. There could be some grammar and spelling mistakes, but I'm Italian and English is just my second language! Tratie is my favourite PJO couple, even more of Percabeth, maybe because I'm almost in the same situation as Katie's (I thought I hated a guy, and that he hated me, but then, some months ago, I realized that I liked him. Then, after he told me that he likes me I completly understood that I really, really liked him. Now, he is my boyfriend). Chapter 1

KATIE'S POV

"Wake up, Katie! It's your first day of high school, you don't want to be late, right?". From his shoutings I could hear that my father was even more excited than me.

Gods, it is only my first day of high school! Actually, I am a little bit nervous… I've just arrived in New York from a small city in South Carolina, a city so small that I could walk it in five minutes and I knew everyone. So, you can understand why I am a little nervous…

Sorry, I didn't tell you who I am. Well, my name is Katie Gardener, until one week ago I lived is a small city of South Carolina. I'm starting high school today and my birthday is the 7th of May. I like gardening, reading and hanging out with my friends, but I don't like parties. I know, it's kinda strange. All normal teenagers love parties. Well… I'm not one of them.

After wearing a pair of skinny jeans, a t-shirt, my Abercrombie sweater and a pair of gray UGGs, and eating my breakfast, I headed toward the Goode High. When I arrived there, I met the headmaster that showed me were my locker was and then called a tall boy that reminded me a boy I knew when I was six, with brown curly hair and beautiful blue eyes to show me around school.

I was so lost in my thoughts (and his eyes), that I didn't even notice the headmaster walking away and leaving me alone with the blue eyed boy.

After a couple of minutes of awkward silence the boy turned around to face me and said: "Hi, I'm Travis Stoll". That name reminded me of something, I just couldn't understand what… After he introduced himself, I told him my name. "Katie Gardener, nice to meet you!"

When I told him my name he looked at me in a strange way, but then he just turned around and started to walk me around school.

Travis started to show me around school saying things like "This is the library, this is the cafeteria, here we have science lessons, etc…". We went on like this until we met a boy that was really, really similar to Travis, so I thought he was his twin. The only way I could tell them apart was that Travis was taller than the other boy and way more attractive.

TRAVIS' POV

The first thing I thought when I saw the new girl was "Gods, she is beautiful!". She had long chocolate brown hair and emerald green eyes. But her smile was her best feature!

The second thing I thought was that I had already seen her somewhere. I just couldn't remember where. And her name was very familiar!

After showing her some parts of the school, we met our brother, Connor. That's when all my doubts were cleared.

I know its short, but i liked how the last sentence ended… Next one will be longer. I promise!
