Chapter: Meet Piper Black

Piper's POV
Courtney Piper Black sauntered slowly through Diagon Alley. It was her first time in London. She was living it up until she had to go back to school, a new school of course but still school. Courtney or Piper as she preferred, was a 5th year American girl. She was born and raised in New York City. There wasn't much to say about her except if you saw her on the street you would do a double take. Piper had stunning blue eyes with sprinkles of green and gray. Her hair was platinum blonde with almost white streaks in them. She had a great frame and was always dressed to kill whether it was punk, classic, or grungy. Today Piper was dressed in a Black thick strapped tank top that said 'If you think I'm a bitch wait 'til you meet my mom!' in silver glitter (ok don't take offense to that shirt.because it is just a shirt!). The pajama pants she had on with the shirt were also black but with 55 written all over them.
Piper had picked up her pace and was walking quickly towards Flourish and Blotts. She had almost reached the door when she ran into something hard and muscular. Piper's petite frame was sent sprawling on the sidewalk. The young blonde boy who had sent her flying leaned over her looking her up and down then offering her a hand. Taking it Piper surveyed the boys appearance, He's pretty hot.wonder if he has a girlfriend?
"Um, are you ok? I was just on my way into Flourish and Blotts, and you obviously got in my way." The blonde boy said snottily to Piper as she brushed herself off.
"Excuse me?! I got in your way?! I think it's the other way around! Now if you will excuse me I need to go get my new books as this is my first time in Hogwarts and London!" Piper said in practically a yell.
"Well aren't you a bit grouchy? I am Malfoy, Draco Malfoy and you are?" Draco stated opening the door.
"Courtney Piper Black, but you can call me Piper."
"Black, as in Sirius?" Draco asked in an interested tone.
"No Black as in Bellatrix, my mother. She moved to America with her husband, my father, but he died before I was 3. Never met him but I heard stories from my mother about how we moved away from here because of Voldemort. He was after us because my father, who was a death eater at the time, was sentenced to death. I don't know how he died or why he was sentenced but I came here to find my aunt. I am supposed to see if I can stay with her until school otherwise I am to find a hotel. I wonder would by any chance know a Narcissa Black?" Piper questioned.
"Yes I do, but I don't think you would like to stay with her." Draco said trying to get this new girl to stay somewhere else.
"Oh, and why is that?" Piper asked defensively.
"Because her husband works for Voldemort." Draco replied simply.
"Good enough to convince me to stay away. Thanks for the help anyway. Maybe I will see you at school, you do go to Hogwarts don't you?" Piper replied.
"Yes, now if you don't mind I am going to leave you to buy your books. G'bye Piper." Draco said with a drawl hoping for her to leave him alone.
"Lata!" she said flouncing away to the line.
Piper stood there for a couple minutes before she noticed a family of red heads. Three people stood out from the group to her, a black haired boy, a brown haired girl, and a copper headed girl. The latter of the three had a bored look on her oval face. Piper decided to walk over and talk to them.
