Summary: How I think Naruto will be in a few years (if you are caught up in the latest Shuppuden manga). There are major spoilers if you are not.
Naruto has grown a lot. Really, he has. The defeat of Pein and the remaining Akatsuki, along with the deaths of his old and new mentors, has made sure of that.
He has grown in height, and, surprisingly, is now so much more mature. He has filled out, and no longer has quite as lithe a frame a before. His shoulders broadened an effect of carrying around Jiraiya-sama's scroll. He has become less hyper, though is still attracted to acts of loud mouthing, and insulting our dear Uchiha Sasuke and Sai. His attitude had whittled a bit, though he steadfastedly refused to stop calling Tsunade "baa-chan."
But as was said, Naruto really is more mature. You can't tell out-right. It comes in the form of the little things, like the stern looks he sets upon the new generation of Konohagakure shinobi, in the sobering tone of his voice when he speaks of past missions, and those dark times when Sasuke had officially earned the title of "traitor." It can be seen in the serious nod he gives himself in the mirror every morning, in the way he is always punctual, and pays the proper respect to the graves of his fallen comrades every morning before stepping off to work.
And, most importantly, it has manifested itself in Naruto being promoted to become the sixth Hokage, the Rokudaime.
And, second most importantly, it has shown itself in the way that he became gorgeous enough that he has even caught Tsunade ogling him once.
