Shadow The Hedgehog: Video Game Intro Peom
In a gust of wind city high,
news of an ARK whisper by.
A lone Shadow in the distance stood parallel to the sun,
haunted by a girl and the echo of a gun.
"Who am I? What is my purpose? And who is this Maria?"
Suddenly above the city in an ominous clouded sky,
foreign creatures fell upon the earth's surface,
committed to destruction throughout the doomed Utopia.
With disgust the Shadow did turn away,
"I have no time for these humans, there is no need to stay."
But before he could rush off and disappear,
A monster came forth with a hologram to hear.
An alien of three eyes, a tattered robe, and wealth upon his chest,
looked down upon the Shadow with a message for his guest.
"Shadow the Hedgehog, we meet at last.
I have a favor to ask of you.
If you wish for me to reveal your past,
Bring 7 Chaos Emeralds as my due."
The hologram was then no more and the creature with it fled.
"So he can reveal what troubles my head?
I'm not sure if he is to trust but there is no other way.
I'll do as he said, the emeralds are the price to pay."
Then without another word he zoomed into the urbans,
where scream and chaos could be heard from the city's civilians.
