A/N: This story was co-written by Ann Frank and Emily Epitome. We were inspired to write this fun short story because recently our bundle of friends has been playing this game at school. Anyone who watches Dick & Dom in da Bungalow knows what the game Bogies is.
Avaric and Fiyero were sitting in Shiz's silent library. Out of the blue, Avaric leant towards Fiyero and whispered, 'Bogies'. A rather posh voice came from thin air.
'Tenmeadows starts us off with a sensible nought point 4.'
This prompted Fiyero to reply, 'Bogies,' just a little bit louder.
'And Tiggular keeps himself in the game with a lovely nought point 8.' The boys began to giggle which earned them some annoyed looks from other library goers. 'The crowd is showing these athletes there undying interest.'
Avaric looks around before again, saying, 'Bogies'. More looks came from the other people.
'That was a splendid one point three from Tenmeadows!' The voice continued to commentate.
Picking up a random book, Fiyero replied with a louder, 'Bogies'. They attempted to stifle their laughter.
'Tiggular picks the game up to a two point zero! Can Tenmeadows revive himself?' Avaric ducked between the rows of books before trying to compose himself. Confused students looked around for whoever was making the noise.
'Tenmeadows waits for the perfect time to bogie. When will it be?' A moment of silence passed before Avaric jumped out from his hiding place shouting, 'Bogies!'
'Now! Tenmeadows jumps in with a confident four point two! What size bogie has Tiggular got?' Fiyero crossed his legs as laughter burst from his mouth. Avaric wasn't too far off this point, himself. Just at that moment, Madame Morrible stormed in, and the two boys silenced themselves.
'What is this racquet?' The other students all pointed in Fiyero and Avaric's direction. They ran.
'They're off! Tiggular was unable to redeem himself. That nasty old woman ruined his chances! Avaric Tenmeadows wins this match with his gutsy four point two, but how will the athletes fair in the next challenge? For now the scores are Tenmeadows one, Tiggular nought!'
